Director, Singapore 

Dr Serene Koh is Director of the Behavioural Insight Team (Singapore). She oversees BIT’s domestic consultancy work and capability development programme in the region. She helped to set up the Singapore office in 2016 and has led projects across various policy domains including safety and security, water conservation, community resilience, skills and employment, academic stress, and youth rehabilitation.
